A great part of our job is to source and select high quality coffees. We work with specialized importers and buy organic coffees or traceable coffees from small farms.

Sourcing & roasting
We source the best coffees with excellent cupping scores to qualify for specialty coffee. We roast the coffees to a medium roast degree for achieving a balanced cup with medium acidity, approachable for all coffee drinkers, while highlighting delicate notes of the coffees.

Seasons & blends
Our single origin coffees are seasonal. Once they are sold out, they are not available anymore but might return the coming season. Our blends are more stable, but also here it is clear that we are working with natural products whose exact tastes vary.
